The Film and Media Studies Program accepts applications from sophomores in the College, the School of Foreign Service and McDonough School of Business at the start of every spring semester.
After submitting the application, a faculty committee selects students to be interviewed by the Film and Media Studies staff. The faculty committee and staff then select the successful applicants from those who were interviewed.
Students are notified of their acceptance prior to the opening of fall pre-registration.
